Hi Ms. Wonder,

I was just joshing in generalities. I haven't been keeping track of trade block/volumes. I noticed that our "Short Interest" for May is said to be up only 4.43% at 139,329.

That seems consistent with our charts and the overall market. There's an air of expectation. A search for reason, to justify an optimistic sentiment. But insufficient "certainty" to threaten the wall just beyond the $3 mark.

The bets have been placed. The shareholders annual pow-wow has come and gone with assurances that 2007 is the "Breakout" Year and that current and future growth and net earnings targets are on track:

But then... that's the non-GAAP view. After they throw in the options expense for '07, the GAAP net will be closer to a "Dripout" than a "Breakout." And over riding everything is the 2008 dollar question... Can they really grow revenue by another $17M? It seems plausible enough... but there's really no post ENEL track record to support it.

In any case... if its going to get done... I believe we'll have to get a major upside surprise in performance between now and March... coupled with some "news" of (1) non Fujitsu/TI production or (2) significant 4Mb sales. The development of Maxim-Dallas Semi as a customer, and various other googling, suggests that this too plausible.

But I have heard this Fat Lady warming up before. I expect another PR or two before the end of the month. We'll need a pretty good one or our Fat Lady will probably shut up and sit down with the rest of the market PDQ.
