Hi Frank,

As the upstream article on eJamming noted, latency is part of the broadband experience. I think any 700 MHz coverage mandate should include a maximum latency requirement to prevent meeting buildout requirements by using satellite links.

WildBlue has come to my part of California, but EV-DO fills my needs.

Any comments on the graph showing Wi-Fi carries 56% of Mobile Broadband Data Traffic [in $/minutes/gigabytes/?] from Heavy Reading Senior Analyst Patrick Donegan?

Hard to understand the reason why free data goes from 56% to 40% over five years, unless Mobile Broadband Data excludes home, office and in-vehicle data.
