Hi Frank, As the upstream article on eJamming noted, latency is part of the broadband experience. I think any 700 MHz coverage mandate should include a maximum latency requirement to prevent meeting buildout requirements by using satellite links. WildBlue has come to my part of California, but EV-DO fills my needs.
