In the latest 8k filing Mr. Sens diluted all of the stockholders equity by 17.3%. biz.yahoo.com Not only did Mr. Sens diluted the equity. He also gave the holders a sweeter deal than previously agreed. They got the stocks at 60 cents instead of the 85 cents the holders initially agreed. If only he was that nice to the stockholders. Since the filing says it ocurred on May 9th, I'll bet they already sold.
