Is it ghetto? Constrained supply in the hoods down here is a good thing. Just very tough to manage long term on every possible front to me. If you can flip for substantial profit then that is awesome.. I just read some counties in Florida raising impact fees on new homes to as much as $20k.. Should be great for existing homes but bad for lot values...
