LOLOL! Out of Brussels sprouts <gg> But I read a recipe for Sweet Potato strips (as in like french fries)...These things seem easy to make... =Cut sweet potatoes into strips like fries... (probably wite potatoes would work just as well) - Use 1 T olive oil per each potato....put together in a baggie, and use kosher salt to taste (regular works too)... put on cookie sheet lined with tin foil... -Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.... They sound good, and just as easy as frozen ones....
