Any Ontario law firm sending out a letter like that should be reviewed by the Law Society of Upper Canada for abuse of the Queen's English and holding the profession up to ridicule, at the very least. I believe that the LSUC has received several related complaints already.

It gets worse -

Did Fernandez write this nonsense or did Budway write it and send it to him? Regardless of authorship, Fernandez is responsible for its display on his web site.

I can confirm that:

1. A Local Windsor Law Firm acts on behalf of Sulja Building Supplies Ltd. "Sulja" with respect to Kathleen Jacobs who goes by other names.

2. The said law firm prepared a written correspondence on behalf of Sulja in regards to statements made by A Mrs. Kathleen Jacobs.

3. The Correspondence, takes note to the Libel and Slander Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. L12. as it relates to Mrs. Kathleen Jacobs also known on the world wide web www.atomoicbobs.com as little angel and bowlingo, as of today's date.

4. The Correspondence was dated for May 17th, 2007. This correspondence was not the first correspondence sent. The May 17th, 2007 correspondence was placed in a envelope which was then placed in a "white box" and mailed to Kathleen Jacobs in Windsor, Ontario via Xpresspost.

5. On may 18th, 2007 at 13:09 p.m., the item was accepted at the Post Office in Windsor, Ontario.

6. On May 22nd, 2007 at 08:26 a.m., the item was sent out for delivery.

7. On May 22nd, 2007 at 11:54 a.m. the item was successfully delivered to Receiver and a Signature image recorded for Online Viewing.

8. The law firm has been given the 'Okay' on this 23rd day of May 2007, to immediately commence further legal actions against Kathleen Jacobs and all her known alias before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The law suit shall further include all known posters including but not limited to a website that has continued to allow what Sulja considers actions that can be construed as constituting libelous and slanderous conduct designed to impugn the character, reputation, integrity of Sulja and it's employees, and the profitability of Sulja.

The firm's resources and those of Sulja and third parties shall be utilized to closely monitor the actions of third parties including but not limited to Jacobs in all forms of communications be it broadcast or not which effects the law firm's client's interest.
