Hi Rob,
I don't know that we should read too much into the departure of the old STXN CEO. While its sooner then I would have guessed, he's not the first CEO to exit quickly after a merger. I can think of a dozen reasons (both pro and con) why this happened so quickly but they would all be speculation. This may have been part of the deal that would have never be advertised or disclosed outside the inner circle at HSTX? Maybe we'll find out more some day down the road?

As you well know, the fat options packages given to many high ranking insiders these days create situations where an insider's profit motivations are not exactly aligned with those of the long term shareholders. More of an entitlement then a reward for excellent execution.
