I notice you don't provide any context for the statement or any link to it. That makes it almost meaningless. A lot more than 100 requests have been made, and your quote doesn't say what these requests were for, or what criteria is used to pick these requests to talk about and not others.

Its esp, meaningless giving the overall fact that our forces are better equipped then any other force in history, and only a few forces are even close. Compared to the typical army, even limiting it to modern day armies, and excluding the poorest countries in the world from the comparison, the level of training , equipment, and support our army gets is vastly greater then that of other armies. That's one of the reason why a force that is small compared to our deployments in previous wars, is so expensive.
