I'm aware of the principle lex parsimoniae. However, you go on to write, "I think that Murphy got pissed when the payments were late and employees were canned". This in itself is a conspiracy theory in that it suggests Murphy is conspiring to bring down Plasticon because of late payments and employees being canned. This reductionism is overly simplistic and while it may or may not be correct, it by necessity fails to explain many of the points I brought up in my previous post, especially the point concerning the PR about the purchase of AV-CB Developments. If that were "true" about Murphy, then by logical necessity one must accept that Mr. Turek lied regarding the ability to purchase AV-CB Developments within 30 to 60 days, after all, he not only did not have the money to make such a purchase, he was unable to make even his ProMold payments.

If one did apply such a nominalistic perspective, then one would be resigned to explain many things, as you put it best in your earlier post, as "strange" and unexplainable happenings and other things as that Mr. Turek is a cheat and liar who swindled investors with false PRs in which case we should expect the SEC to move in here and stop the bankruptcy proceeding.

We must becareful not to make the assumption that "conspiracy" is somehow false. I think of how many years ago people believed the CIA had given out drugs in this country. The people that advanced this conspiracy theory were laughed at and assumed to be incorrect at the time. 30 years later we now know that the CIA did in fact push drugs on American streets for a time.

Things often begin as a conspiracy theory, and much later graduate to becoming a "truth".

In any event, if Plasticon files an objection to the Change of Venue within the next week, it would cast some doubt on the conspiracy theory I advanced in my earlier message. This action would suggest that Plasticon and ProMold are indeed at odds here. So we need to gather more data and look for evidence that Plasticon and ProMold are working together here and not actually at odds with each other and in this bankruptcy proceeding, we should get that data in rather quick fashion as bankruptcy proceedings with protesting creditors tend to get nasty real quick.

That's really the method we have to use, that is to gather more emperical data as it becomes available in order to get at "the truth". As long as the poster in the bear PLNI forum continues to charge his credit card at $0.08 per page over the PACER system in the coming weeks, we should get a steady in-flow of such emperical data.

Although I must confess my dark side: I am not much enamored by "the truth", I am much more interested in lies that work than I am in this elusively subjective concept some call "truth".
