Terrorism is up over 400% under Bush. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he did nothing after being warned. BHush has a long historyn opf kowtowinhg to the Saudis and Bin Laden family. And cheney has a long history of profiting off war and gas gouging. Why won't Al Qaida try to attack inside the US? Because they can't top 9-11, because our citizens are much more vigilant and because they want to kill our soldiers, which they are doing easily in Iraq since Bush set our troops there as sitting ducks without a mission, in an invasion and occupation based on a pack of lies which had absolutely nothing to do with 9-11 and everything to do with oil money, war profiteering and an attempt at regional and US political power. Iraq is the single biggest boon to terrorists in history. If you support the Iraq occupation you basically support terrorism. A recent report showed that Al Qaida is now being financed by Iraq as well as heroin in Afghanistan. And their recruits are getting all the on the ground practice they need in Iraq. This is a terrible stupid situation and needs to be stopped. The US presence in Iraq alone is the biggest boon for terrorism ever. The reason Iraq failed is because Bush-Cheney have still not told us why they really did it, they won't confess their sins, and they have remained in deep denial and arogant refusal to change cource. When a war is based on lies it always fails. Just like Vietnam did. When a war is based on truth it always succeeds. That's proven by history. But Bushies don't read history. The best thing the US can do now is to oust Bush-Cheney, put other top Bushies in prison to scare off other neo-fascist wannabes, apologize to the world and start over with new honest leaders. The world would forgive us quite quickly and as soon as we quit our addiction to oil we won't need to worry about the Middle East much again anyway. Plus, no more un-Christian religious right nuts in power with their ignorant Armageddon fantasies. Those people are really traitors. In short, the rightwing has betrayed the USA. They all need to be held accountable. Including you for parroting their BS and supporting their crimes. You people are traitors and criminals. Also major evil sinners. You all need to be fought back against with extreme prejudice and forced to confess and pay for your sins.
