Other than a recent deal with MSFT (which INDV can also claim), I don't see much about WAVO to get excited about (other than the recent stock price). Personally I think it's overbought and the smart money should pull their profits from WAVO and invest in INDV. I think INDV is making smarter moves by seeking varied alliances (MSFT, NSCP, AT&T). Plus the earnings for INDV recently look better than WAVO.
