No news is good news. People like to think that product sales is exciting news for companies like Sun. I dread the day, that they have to discount 20% to land any deal of hardware sales. It shows management inexperience, and top line and bottom line both suffered. At eBay, if Sunw helps, then add half a page of any webpage for better sales on eBay auction, the hardware purchase will be automatic, and quick installation will be decisive at any cost. So, even though IBM service is down from 60% to 50%; IBM hardware sales is up in overall revenue?
