Skeeter: I know your anxious, but we all need a good dose of patience. I suspect there will be another press release sometime real soon.

Read the OVIS press release from August 19th, 1997. biz.yahoo.com

Read the initial OVIS press release about the merger:
biz.yahoo.com

The RMIL asset base is in excess of Twenty Million Dollars ($21,010,431) with the addition of the Five Million Dollars
($5,000,000). Roland Breton, president of Olympus Ventures Inc. stated: ``With Rocky Mountain Crystal Water's existing
business and future contracts this merger will be an exciting and profitable experience for all of us. Olympus Mills USA Inc. a
wholly owned subsidiary of RMIL will now have the financial backing to continue its planned growth in the physical fitness
market.''

What I see hapenning is (I don't care about the time frame as long it happens) .....

OVIS now/will soon have $5 million cash which it can use as collateral for it's expansion plans. By owning the distributor their profit margins on their manufactured clothing will be much greater. The distributor is mentioned in their press release and has to do with physical fitness market (ie gyms, health clubs, sports stores, etc.)

Let's face it, it's easier for businesses to deal with as few vendors are possible. In addition to distributing clothes Rocky Mountain water can be distributed as well. Before exercising/after exercise you need to drink GOOD quality water to prevent de-hydration. I rarely work out (ok never), but I believe that the water you buy at health clubs is more expensive (higher price charged --> higher profits).
