Now you have a good metaphor for Islam -- "a neoplastic disease" -- carrying your analogy a bit further and guess what, it's metastasizing and if left un-checked it will kill it's host.

If you are actually a practicing physician, you would realize that the initial diagnosis of CA is commonly made on the basis of a distal metastatic lesion not the primary lesion. Additionally, the primary site often remains unidentified.

So within Islam, what is the primary site of the obscene malignancy spreading so rapidly within it's ranks?
