if even a single claim of a single patent was infringed.... slacker, how do you figure the infringed Q patents went so long, so far in GSM/GPRS/EDGE? The idea voiced here many times that Q was unaware is vaguely absurd. There seem to be rafts of infringements that went ignored among these all these drunks until a punch got thrown.
