You know Lance, you sure do say a lot. I can remember when you touted the heck out of this stock. Even had your own site. Took a lot of heat for doing it as I recall on the Bears board. I can relate. Lets tell it like it is. PLNI is in Chapter 11. Unless they can pull out of Chapter 11, PLNIQ stock is just paper now. That is the truth. No way to deny it. Further, There have been posts on other boards which strongly suggest that Murphy was very pissed that some of his mid-managers were walked out by Turek. He was also pissed that he didn't get paid on time. No great conspiracy on Murphy's part. To quote one of those close to him, "he just wants his money." I expect the BK judge will ensure that he does get his money. The question we all have is, will we get a fair shake from the Trustee, or will there be some adjustment to the Issued and Outstanding? The biggest question of all is, does the number of Issued equal the number of Outstanding? If not, why not? The answer to that one will be part of the Federal record pretty soon. That is what we all want to see. Are you sure PLNI didn't file an objection to the COV?
