You cannot be serious! Where did you get this from which even a first year calculus student can call you wrong?

To calculate a square root function, you need to compute the Taylor series expansion of this function, in which 5 FPU cycles is very impossible!

Again, you were misinformed and chose to blindly believe this lie because of the Empire. Do you remember telling me that you made up a lot of technical numbers because you were so jealous of how Intel stock was performing?

Ps. For your information, any function f(x) can be expanded into its Taylor series of

f(x) = SUM(n = 0 to infinity)[(d^n f(c) / dx^n) * (x - c)^n / n!] where c = point of expansion that yields a convergence in this series.
