Hi Dulane,
I am certainly interested! I was thinking the other day that I work enough at researching stocks that it is really a second job. I enjoy it so much, and these discussions on SI that I think someday I'll stay home and work at buying and selling stocks full time. But the time is not yet, I have not been at it long enough, and I haven't gone through a real bear market. I have to find out if I know how to make money in a bear market.
The oil and gas services are still an opportunity, through the winter I believe. I think even UTI, which I sold much of my stock in, will do well, its an up and down stock so I was thinking I'd get in again when it corrects again. (But one never knows) I own a little Global Marine, and I think it should double in price in the next few months.
I have to redirect my strategies a little though. I have to get my long term holds into my taxable account (thats where coke was the last three years) and my short buys to sell soon into my nontaxable. I think I will have taxes to pay this year because of not doing that.
And of course since I think taxes are immoral and unconstitutional I hate paying more, especially on capital gains.
Best wishes for successful investing!
