Plasticon International, Inc.'s Wholly Owned Subsidiary, SEMCO Manufacturing

Company Finalizes Estimated $30,000 Flooring Project
2007-05-29 - LEXINGTON, KY, May 29, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Plasticon International, Inc. (OTCPK: PLNIQ) announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, SEMCO Manufacturing, is in the final stages of installing flooring in a Lexington, KY Cadillac and Volvo dealership. The project is valued at an estimated $30,000 in revenue and is expected to be completed in approximately two weeks.

Excellent! I think that using Semco coatings in areas like car dealerships was a brilliant move by Plasticon.

The next thing I'd like Plasticon to do is to use their coatings in high concrete areas like Wal Mart's oil changing centers. Not just Wal Mart either, a proposal sent to all oil change centers near their Las Vegas location would do it.

If you are a long term shareholder in PLNI and are not totally turned off by Plasticon's Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing and are planning on staying in this stock, please consider sending the form below (with your name) to Plasticon's investment relations center. Thank you!

Dear Plasticon:

Please consider sending proposals to oil changing centers. Oil changing centers are high concrete areas. Oil and water eventually penetrate into the concrete causing extensive damage over time. Oil centers are often shut down for days as repairs are made to their concrete areas.

Most Wal-Marts have oil changing centers in the rear of their stores and so this represents a huge possible market for Semco coatings.

Thank you.
