Dennis,

Sure looks like RAIN has become a momentum stock again. Good and bad with this, but it had been waiting some time to start moving again, and as long as the plans moved forward, it was inevitable. It will be interesting to see where it goes the early part of the week..ie maintain, drop, or continue up. Can't see it going much higher than this in the immediate future, although growth should continue, and gradual is likely healthier, even if less fun. Nevertheless, we all know how much value my opinion has?!

There was a big article about RAIN in the Miami Herald Broward section(for those in Broward Cty...Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, etc). Broward is where Sawgrass is, and just north of where Aventura is. It was generally a review with some comments from visitors...all was generally positive...and also mentioned other currently opened restaurants and those to open this year...mentioned Aventura, Grapevine, Ariz., MGM, and downtown Chicago....the article was clipped from a few weeks ago, but no doubt on it anywhere...still glad the person involved got it to me...interesting that Palisades wasn't mentioned, huh?

Talk to you later,

Marshall
