You have answered my question about your medical credentials with that asinine comeback.

Quoting from my 17 edition of Merck's Manual, page 980-981, "Metastatic carcinomas of unknown primary origin constitute 0.5 to 7% of all cancers. If you are a physician I can't imagine the academic source of your MD degree? Read the reference, educate yourself, and let's drop the subject.
