Heads Up; Over the last 10 sessions EM500 has broken with the in place arbitrage 4 times today included, that means "probably" somethings up. Over the years we've had many acquisitions and monitoring the arb behavior is somewhat of a past time. I hesitated two weeks ago when I first saw the action diverge, but today the character changed to prevailing accumulation from outside the in place arbitrage, I cannot remember this happening in any other arb deal. Short interest grew in the period but normally arbs are a shield for those short as the short interest is often precursor behavior. I've stopped releasing inventory in anticipation of confirmation another suitor might show up.

2nd NN800 that little steal of a deal, has a material relationship announced today. Read the press release and know that the contributing dollar volume from this combination of partners; should yield great sales increases for our own; over the coming periods.

My indian friends need to make some calls and characterize the parties for us!
