I could maybe see an argument for ignores from long term inactives dropping off, but a month is far too soon.

And even for the long term inactives, the main point for the ignores is not some badge of dishonor, its so someone who doesn't want to see your comments doesn't have to see them.

If some type of action by inactive users where to expire, it might make more sense for thread bans by inactive moderators to expire. Whether threat bans by active moderators should expire is another question. I guess I lean towards no, but I can see an argument for yes, and would not complain at all if they did expire. If a still active moderator wants to reban you its easy enough to do so.
