I, too, am very skeptical of TA. While I do find value in TA analysis, IMHO, it is USELESS w/o some degree of fundamental analysis, which keeps things in proper perspective.

While 50 & 200 MDA are adequate benchmarks to measure recent trends in stock movement, they are merely warning signals or signposts. They are not necessarily signals to sell or buy. This can & should only be accomplished with sound fundamental analysis.
