Value line Latest Investment Survey Pans Texas Instruments!

Their latest investment survey on the Semiconductor Industry,
dated July 25, 1997, gives TXN the lowest expected gain among
the 20 semiconductor stocks analyzed for price performance to
2000-02. It also gives TXN the greatest expected loss among the
same 20 stocks for price performance to 2000-02. These figures
are computed by comparing Value Line projections with current
prices as of market close this past Friday.

Long term investors need to get out of this stock.

New investment survey coming out this month.

P.S. I haven't inserted the latest summary and index, perhaps their
rating has changed since September 5th.
