Sounds like something bad is going on, and btw......... when you tear a rotator cuff there are various methods of treatment which doesn't always end up in surgery. But if it is torn, it might eventually need to be sutured. I'd sure find out if I was you.

You need to take care of it........go to a doc, have the MRI......before you lose your mobility.

Either that or you can be end up with permanent damage.
