Keith, agreed!! I'm definitely a fundamental, long-term buy and hold type of guy myself! :-) There are plenty of folks around who are technical traders though, so I do think there may be some slight merit to it, perhaps for timing the initiation of a long-term position, or conversely, trying to help determine when to lock up some long-term profits..........I hope I face that dilemma with ANX some day! :-)

As for reits - I've owned a bunch for many years. Had a great run and sold almost 100% of them over the course of late '06 thru early '07. I wouldn't touch 'em with a 10' pole right now.
