What is high? Watch your carb and sugar intake and continue your exercise. Man as light as you are and as much exercise it's surprising your high. I also tried this product and it did reduce my blood sugar. diabetes-help.com I don't take it anymore as I have normal sugar levels from diet, exercise and cinnamon and I want to reserve that as a tool for later on if this regime doesn't work anymore.
