I'm perfectly willing to keep an open mind about it, unfortunately, I have yet to see any eveidence which suggests that this problem will cause anywhere near the calamity the Y2K consultants claim.

One more thing that strikes me as odd is the degree of emotion and outrage expressed by Y2K believers whenever a skeptic questions their claims. Simply take a look at some of the responses elicited by my comments. It's worse than publicly criticizing the Church of Scientology!!

When people resort to hyperbole and ad hominem attacks to defens their position, it's usually a very good sign that their position has little or no merit.
