interesting. how long did you take it? i have a friend recently diagnosed with diabetes and he's been able to cut his sugar number in half in about a month, but still needs to get below 110 to feel 'safe' he does take the cinnamon as well a bit bothersome to me that i haven't seen any additional user testimonials since 2004, per the website
