I understand your point. I don't drink or smoke, but if I decided I wanted a cigar and a beer I don't think the government should forbid a business man from serving me such. I would also like to be able to choose whether or not to go out and have a dinner with my friends who drink or smoke, and to choose establishments free of smoking or drinking on other occasions. I wonder what would happen if they called it a smoking establishment that also serves drinks, and eats, instead of a bar.
