atm_prophet > LOOK AT YOUR OWN THOUGHTS IN THAT STATEMENT. Your own words testify against you.
Beats me what you are getting at? If I have made a grammatical mistake it is because US was implied as 'Hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis and others have been killed in the US pursuit of false vengeance against so-called "terrorists"'. In any event, Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11.
> not only are innocent Iraqis dying everyday, but so are innocent Americans who are in our armed service.
Indeed so, but no one invited US armed forces into Iraq. They are clearly not innocent. They are in Iraq under orders from the US government to kill and to enable the theft of the oil -- and they have done both.
> I have a good Iraqis friend who's father was killed under Saddam and he would beg to differ with your "flourishing country" thesis.
Certainly those who opposed Saddam's regime were dealt with very severely but Iraq was a very progressive country nevertheless, in fact one of the most progressive of all the Islamic countries -- and the least fundamentalist. Anyway, two wrongs don't make a right -- the crimes of Saddam do not entitle the US to have done what it has done.
> 911 was committed by real terrorist
There is absolutely no evidence of that, in fact, bin Laden hasn't even been charged.
> Ever seen the home videos made where they sickeningly/slaughter human beings by beheading them with a butcher's knife? I guess those images of Daniel Pearle and others are just "so called beheadings" by "imaginary terrorist", according to your delusional perspective.
Of course, there are terrible things happening, and on a daily basis.
> pedophiles have many who believe what they believe, but they still stand condemned as pedophiles. A community of "like-minded" friends is no endorsement of truth or nobility.
Sure, but the argument applies to everyone. Indeed, going along with the crowd is often the surest way to knowing one is in the wrong.
> It is you that refuses to look at reality.
At least, I'm not killing anyone or defending the actions of killers. My transgression is that I refuse to accept the "official" version of the truth and I prefer to think for myself.
> Like it is said, having eyes to see, they are blind. And ears to hear, they are deft [deaf].
I couldn't have said it better myself. |
