It did not harm a single living person in any way whatsoever! Things like PURPOSELY quoting people out of context for the sole purpose of making them look bad would qualify as a lie which reflected upon the writer's character. Also, for a message board moderator to lie about the reasons for kicking people off the board would qualify as a "real" lie which reflected upon the liar's character. But queen's supposed lie about PB would not qualify as any kind of significant lie, imo.
