Mary Beth, The following are links that were discussed way back early on on the thread. From what I gleaned out of the discussion was that Tava would do the exercising (if I'm using that term correctly) and thus would issue the new shares through their transfer agent. This would not be a 24hour thing, but judging by the last mandatory exchange of shares scenario I just went through with another stock, will maybe take 2-3 weeks.
