Bush DID let 9-11 happen. Just a question of whether it was intentional (letting terrorists attack inside the US in order to use that as an excuse for invading Iraq and taking its oil), or sheer dereliuction of duty (Bush ignored all the warnbings, did nothing, disbanded Clinton's counter-terrori unit and didn't replace it). Which do you think it is? No "conspiracy" theories needed, just one or the other. You pick. Dereliction of duty and gross incompetence? That's very possible. Bush is certainly incomptent on many many issues.
