LIAR. CLinton tries to kill Osama many-many times. We are talking 150 Cruise Missile strikes, plus a major covert operation. Remember, CLinton did not even know Osama was guilty of anything until late 1996 or 1997. Back in 1995 when the rightwing lies about Clinton being "offered Bin Laden", our intelligence people had probably never even heard of Al Qaida. It was begun that same year. Bush on the other hand knew full well Osama was guilty and did absolutely nothing. In fact he still hasn't caught him 6 years after 9-11, and he let him go at Tora Bora for some mysterious reason. LIAR also on Marc Rich. Scooter Libby was Rich's attorney. Rich had many powerful friends, including Libby and Mossad, the Israeli intelligence. None of us really know what went on behind the scenes, but Clinton has already apologized and stated he regrets pardoning rich, even though Rich is "only" a tax evader, the same kind Bushies are trying to protect from the IRS. Bush had 1.3 of the IRS lawyers responsible for going after rich tax cheats fired, and they were not replaced even as tax evasion rates soar.
