I went to a talk last week given by a guy named George Kerrin. He's from your neck of the woods and specializes in aging issues.

One of the many thoughts he had is "use it or lose it." Pertains to mental as well as physical status. We all need to stay physically and mentally active as we age.

I'm too active mentally and not active enough wrt physical exercise.
