Since ADBE is trading in a tight & slight downward trend, it may... continue going a bit lower over the next couple of weeks! I have a feeling that the earnings news with Intel and Microsoft may help break ADBE out of this pattern if both companies come out with positive results and beating the street with a surprise! These are some indicators to look for because those companies are the leaders in the NASDAQ market and tend to lead the rest of NASDAQ tech stocks higher with them! Don't forget that Microsoft is a software company like ADBE and like companies tend to move in sympathy with each other! I do not know what ADBE will be in the next few weeks, but I have a feeling it will be slightly downward stabilizing in the mid to high $40's until these blue chip tech stocks take investor fears away from people! However, I think ADBE will be at least in the $60 to $70 range in time for the next earnings release to retest the old highs it made back in late 1995! Depending on the earnings at this time, it will either hit new highs or start a high end consolidation for a while! I think the bottom line is going to have to show good numbers because of the new release of old products on the Windows platform from Macintosh! It sure helped this past earnings in the last few weeks of the quarter with a surge in sales, and I am almost sure it is still happening now at this time! Hopefully the company buys back a few million shares between now and then also! This will help tremendously! Angelo
