Benny -- TSIM closed on Thursday, Oct. 2, at l2 l/2 (12 7/8 asked). Then on Friday, Oct. 3, it reached 18, and closed at 17 (18 asked). By the time the market opens on Monday, Oct. 6, and the new buy orders start being filled, the asking price will start jumping. There's no chance that a limit of 18 will work on Monday. Looks to me like any buy order would have to be "no limit" and any buyer will have to be prepared with plenty of extra cash in their account if they want to get aboard.
