Have been following this GENROCO gem since the "PSC1000-ShBoom Microprocessor to increase data transfer rates by 2000 Percent" press release by Patriot Scientific and GENROCO. Per their website, GENROCO earned 0.22/share last quarter. If annualized GENROCO would earn $0.88/sh @ projected annualized current quarter rate. A P/E of 10 gives a market stock valuation of $8.80/sh. However per website, GENROCO states it expects sales to more than double in next year. That would be an estimated 100% growth rate. If that holds true, then a P/E of 30 might be looked at. At P/E of 30, with last quarter earnings projected annualized at $0.88/sh increases the stock price valuation to $26/sh. range. Per website, 1.1 million shares outstanding. That would give a market cap of approx. $29 million at the $26/sh price. Have not found any float numbers. However, 1100 shares is 0.1% of the company, if the total of 1.1 million sh. out is correct. The large spread appears indicative of the small float. GENROCO, using the PTSC PSC1000-ShBoom, indicates it will be able to readily scale the technology from present gigaBIT to future gigaBYTE per second bandwidths. Looks like a very exciting company, with cutting edge technology in the ShBoom Technology alone. Checking on what else GENROCO is up to for future growth. Perform due diligence.
