When I look at earnings and potential, I get excited.
When I look at cash flows, financing arrangements, and
sales to family owned businesses, I get worried. If
the company is a US company, why can't it borrow
at US-type rates? These are Americans running the
company from Florida. So why not get business loans
here rather than paying the 20-30% to their father
or to Brazilian banks?
