Declaring something not to be in dispute does not make it so. But if we assume for the sake of argument, that it is true, there is still the fact that who ordered it is indeed in dispute, and that the person suspected was fired.

Of course there is still the issue that aid for the Taliban still does come from Pakistan. It has not been stopped. But stopping it, and/or dealing with those who send it, is a very complex issue.
