Having differing abilities to accomplish goals has nothing to do with the right to decide whether or not to pursue those goals. Your mistake. Your mistake. "Those rights become totally ostensible and of little or no value." You apparently do not understand the nature of rights and are claiming materialistic entitlements as rights.
