"Technically incorrect"? What, an excess supply of Draino? He probably had less "WMD's" (whatever that means) than any other country on the planet. He may have been the ONLY one to DISTROY his real WMDs.
It's frankly bizarre that he DIDN'T have ANYTHING.

Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordon all our allies pay families of suicide bombers. To them it's called charity. And the "indication of training terrorists" is about as credible as Bush being responsible for 9/11.
