One of my idealistic buddies and ex math professor and sculptor/builder just went to one of those utopian touchy feely lectures doing his duty worrying about the human race. He lives in a brand new high end condo where I sold all the units. Only 12 condos and in less than two years all the owners are mad at each other. I told him, you want to coordinate peace within the 6.5 billion people on earth and it took less thna 2 years and all of you guys in this condo association are at each others throats-lol. On the other hand we did humans did acheive democracies!
