Content library? That's outside their skill set and highly unlikely. Their customers handle the content licensing.

ARRS talked this week about China and their mobility.
Wireless, Wi-Fi and bandwidth for that could be an opportunity.

Also spectrum overlay with a company in their own neighborhood, Norcross based VYYO. As soon as their revenue grows in about 6 - 9 months with their 3ghz device followed by T1 stuff, may be worth a buyout. VYYO also has a WiFi product they have stopped investing in.
