The AC in ACX is for Adolph Coors. So now PCOM is owned by a beer company. Well, actually they have their hands in a number of other areas. They own Golden Photon, so they have prior interest in solar power, but I don't know enough about them to evaluate management. PCOM has to issue 2 million more shares which Golden Photon will buy, so that means earnings dilution. Also, the possibility that ACX will suck PCOM dry and give everything to GP is a concern to me. Gerry and Geoff should have some better info after they contact the company in the next few days. Steve
