You have accused the USA of holding a double standard. I simply pointed out the irrationality of your accusation. There may be valid criticisms of the position held by the USA on foreign affairs but that one does not hold water.

You have accused high ranking chain of command officials of torture or complicity in torture. You have declared it to be easily known by using one's intelligence. You also declared that it should be believed by everyone who is intelligent. We can come to believe things using rational evaluation of substantially observable facts and evidence. That is how intelligence backs up beliefs. So you may have a point but you have failed to defend your point when I pointed out that the huge body of evidence from first hand observers, internal and external evaluators, and corroborating sources are in conflict with your belief statement.

You have based your claims on your belief that right wing extremists have somehow gotten away with these things even though there is no evidence to support you claims.
