That could be caused by something other than the site, but I think the site may indeed have a problem. I'm guessing its been hacked. The network where I'm at now blocks it, and google displays it as a page that may be harmful to your computer

The trojan at the site is identified as malware. Given its a trojan, its likely its implantation was intentional.
