Dems get a 1 because they just want to base it on family and load up on new democrats. Ted mentioned cheap labor. This is only part of the story. Pubs are scared if they send them all home they will lose any possible votes and the Dems will control the USA for generations. It's relly up to the Dems to be hard line on this but they would rather dumb down the country and re-mold it as a dependent 3rd world country.
